At ELYSEE, we want your timepiece to be the perfect fit for your style. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any protective films back into the shipping carton to ensure the item remains in pristine condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
