Yes, every ELYSEE timepiece comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.

How long does shipping take and is it tracked?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Are ELYSEE watches water-resistant?

Most of our watches are water-resistant to at least 5 ATM (50 meters). Please check the specific product specifications for your model before exposing it to water.
